RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

PRODUCTS

  1. Damaged Products: If the Product arrives damaged, Inventive Kids Pte Ltd will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Provided that Inventive Kids Pte Ltd confirms that your Product was a damaged product and was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount charged for the damaged product (if your credit card has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.
  2. Faulty Products: If the Product is faulty, Inventive Kids Pte Ltd will accept returns for a one-to-one exchange or a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Provided that Inventive Kids Pte Ltd confirms that your Product was faulty and was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, you will be given a one-to-one exchange or we will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount charged for the faulty product.
    • Applies to Genuino Starter Kit: If any of the items inside the starter kit is not working within 7 days of the invoice date, buyer needs to write to edu@inventivekids.asia to indicate the problem he/ she faces. The buyer may be required to contact Genuino specialist directly via email or follow email instructions to troubleshoot the faulty part to ascertain the problem by himself/ herself. If the problem persists, a one to one exchange may be done. Otherwise, further instruction will be made to the buyer. 
  3. Return Procedures: All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product shipment date, except Genuino which is 7 days. All returned Products must be unused and returned in its original packaging. All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued. If returning items to us by post, you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
