Holiday Programs
School’s out, but fun learning still goes on at Inventive Kids through engaging hands-on STEM workshops! Our holiday programs are curated to actively engage students to develop inventiveness, problem-solving, sense making and inter-disciplinary thinking.
Our signature hands-on programs to create toy models that replicate real-life objects connect children to Science, Technology, Engineering and Math concepts through play. Concept applications and theories are ‘embedded’ in the building and playing process. Students will be ecstatic when they experience first hand their creations meeting the challenging objective(s) given by our STEM educators!
ABC is our prior requirements for any student joining our programs:
Ask questions;
Brave to try and
Courage to fail.

KinderSTEM Holiday
It is the term break of KinderSTEM but the building and creating continues!
Our holiday editions of KinderSTEM focuses on creating and building objects that are seen in everyday life.
Discover Series
The students will be given mostly recyclables as the main building materials and the objective for their toy model to meet. Without any building instructions and only with the newly acquired concept(s) in their mind, the students need to design & build through an iteration of trial & error to create their toy models. Under these testing conditions, it often brings out the best of the students’ inventiveness, sense making and critical problem-solving skills.
Discover Cars
Inventive Makers
These programs are specially designed for students who are avid builders to create some challenging toy models using Thinkertoyland®.
While building and creating the structure, the students will learn and understand the applications of structural engineering (symmetrical, weight distribution, etc) to weave physics into their designs, sharpening one’s visual-spatial, team work and communication skills.
LEGO® Mindstorms EV3 Holiday
