“Inventive Kids” has been among the handful of pioneers in providing STEM education to young learners since 2012.

Our tagline, "We develop competent problem solvers through play," reflects our commitment to guiding young learners in understanding and applying interdisciplinary STEM concepts while creating dynamic toy models for purposeful play.

Therefore, our educators play a crucial role in nurturing the conceptual thinking skills of our young learners and integrating them with interdisciplinary STEM concepts to develop innovative solutions.

We are seeking individuals who will be our pioneer educators in this new learning centre:

• Have a natural affinity with children

• Enjoy witnessing the joy, confidence, and self-accomplishment exhibited by children

• Believe that good coaching can accelerate learning

​

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting lessons that elaborate on and illustrate interdisciplinary STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) concepts by drawing analogies and connecting everyday mechanical and engineering applications to young learners

• Encouraging and motivating young learners to create solutions with inventiveness and pragmatism to meet given challenges

• Providing verbal and written feedback to parents on their child’s learning progress

• Recommending age-appropriate programs to parents

 

Our ideal candidate:

• We are open to both entry-level and experienced candidates

• Holds a minimum of A Levels or Diploma in any field

• Demonstrates confidence in interpersonal and communication skills

• Possesses a natural affinity with children

• Can simplify concepts of real-life applications and explain them effectively

• Can intuitively develop and implement creative mini-challenges to enhance young learners’ understanding

• Prior teaching experience in robotics and/or working with small groups of children is desirable but not necessary, as training is provided

• Is fluent in spoken and written English, with conversational proficiency in Chinese
